Ugg, I’m really paying for the slacking off on the weekend and especially blowing the diet. I dragged my butt through this workout and stopped it 15 minutes short. Truly pathetic.

Good workout today. The diet regime is going well but the calorie counting gets a little old. I am able to eyeball my portions however.

The knees felt good today so I really pushed it. I can see how this will improve your jumping. Insane! My diet is doing okay but I need to watch it. Keeping a food journal and counting calories, carbs, proteins and fat is tough.
