The legs are feeling like jelly. I didn’t get started until 8pm so it’s a really late dinner tonight. Skipped Ab Ripper X.

Wow, I’m really drained today. I need to hit the grocery store and so the diet kinda derailed a bit today. Despite the low energy I was able to make some gains on my reps. Skipping Ab Ripper X.

Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Well, I’ve been able to increase my pull-ups to 10 for a handful of sets. The knees were crackling a bit but felt strong. Ab Ripper X went well with less breaks and more reps. I’ll try to post my 30 day pics as suggested by the program.

The legs felt good today with no knee problems. I’ve increased my reps with pull-ups and chin-ups. The diet is going well with very occasional deviations from the plan. The calorie counting is a pain and you really have to plan out your meals in advance but I’m hoping that [...]

Legs and Back, (I skipped Ab Ripper X)
Wow, get ready to walk funny. I pushed the leg workout tonight. My knees were really making popping sounds but no pain. I’m hoping they don’t start bothering me. I skipped abs and we cooked out for dinner.
