Day 53 (Week 8)

Another sweat-a-thon. I stepped up on the scales and I weigh the same as I did 53 days ago and that’s good. I’m not interested in gaining or losing any weight, just move it around a bit. The ole “love handles” are going away and I’m gaining size in the arms and pecs.

I think I sweated out every ounce of fluid in my body. I gave it my all.

Day 20 (Week 3)

I really worked up a sweat today. After the workout I was still pumped so I went for a light run. I’m ready for my off day tomorrow.

Day 13 (Week 2)

This felt really good today. I pushed it and my sore legs from yesterday feel better. I cut the workout 10 minutes short and went for a jog in the neighborhood. Whew, I’m gonna sleep good tonight.
