<p>Well I&#8217;ve lost a week to injury. I&#8217;ve been to 5 physical therapy visits for my SI joint problem since my last workout. It&#8217;s really annoying when it&#8217;s out of alignment and if left that way it really does a number on all of my core and especially lower back muscles. Pretty debilitating. Anyway, I&#8217;m feeling better and slowly easing back into things. I&#8217;m avoiding Plyometrics (too jarring) and I have to avoid most of the Ab workout as well for now. I&#8217;m performing core exercises as instructed in my PT sessions and continuing any P90X workout that doesn&#8217;t hurt. The diet is going well for the moment.</p>

<p>Well I&#8217;ve been to the doctor and my lower back is messed up. It&#8217;s likely that it&#8217;s SI joint dysfunction that I &#8216;ve had trouble with in the past. Essentially it&#8217;s my pelvis that&#8217;s out of alignment and that&#8217;s causing my hip and lower back muscles to draw up higher on one side. I&#8217;ve been on some muscle relaxers and have been going to physical therapy. I&#8217;m doing much better and I&#8217;ve been given the green light to return to my workouts. I&#8217;ll probably need to avoid Plyometrics for a bit because of the jarring nature of the workout. I&#8217;ve missed 9 days so I don&#8217;t plan to count those days. I&#8217;ll pick up where I left off in my workout routine. In addition to my physical therapy I&#8217;ve got some specialized core exercises to strengthen my back.</p>
<p>Today&#8217;s workout felt really good and it was easy on my back since it was basically a weight-lifting routine.</p>
