Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X
Man, I pushed this one. Towards the end I was feeling a little nauseous but that’s okay. After doing that many different kind of push-ups to failure it’s expected. I’ve noticed I’m adding some size to my upper body and the bodyfat is coming off. The abs workout was a good one. I’ll feel it tomorrow. I’m anxious to see what’s in store in another month or so.
