Day 6 (Week 1)

If you’re looking for a cardio workout in the P90X series, this is the one. A dozen years of martial arts prepared me for this one. It felt good to work through this routine, very familiar. Don’t get me wrong, I need some improvement on my endurance since it’s been awhile but it feels good to kick and punch again. I’m looking forward to tomorrow because that’s my off day in the program. I’ll do some stretching and maybe a light jog, we’ll see.
